Elderberry Flower +Lemonade Champagne Cocktail

Makes 8 servings

  • Lemonade (recipe below)

  • 1 bottle Champagne, chilled

  • 8 ounces St.-Germain liqueur, chilled

  • 8ish highball glasses filled with ice

  • 8ish thin lemon slices (for garnish)

LEMONADE

  • 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (8-10 lemons)

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 2 cups water, to dilute

  1. Heat water + sugar in a saucepan over high heat until sugar dissolves, approximately 5 minutes.

  2. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Add lemon juice and cold water.

  3. To serve, fill a highball glass to the top with ices, then fill about 2/3 full with lemonade. Top with 2 ounces Champagne, one ounce St. Germain liqueur.

  4. Serve with a straw and garnish with lemon slices.
