Texas Mop Sauce

did someone say “brisket”?

• 1/2 cup cider vinegar

• 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

• 1/2 cup soy sauce

• 1/2 yellow onion, diced

• 1 Tablespoon hot pepper sauce

• 1 Tablespoon paprika

• 1 Tablespoon chili powder

1. Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pot and bring to a boil.

2. Remove from heat and let liquid steep. Once cool place mixture in an airtight container and store in refrigerator until ready for use.
