Wedge Salad
Salad:
1 small head iceberg lettuce, quartered
4 oz (4 slices) bacon cooked + crumbled
½ cucumber washed + thinly sliced
4 radish, washed + thinly sliced
Blue Cheese Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
½ cup buttermilk
4 oz blue cheese crumbles
1 lemon, zested + juiced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 oz chopped chives
Place each iceberg wedge on a plate and arrange bacon, cucumber, and radish slices around and on top.
In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, blue cheese, lemon, garlic powder, and chives.
Dress salad with dressing and serve.
**These are just the basics. Other items to add: avocado, tomato, crouton, hard-boiled egg, really anything.
