Wedge Salad


Salad:

  • 1 small head iceberg lettuce, quartered

  • 4 oz (4 slices) bacon cooked + crumbled

  • ½ cucumber washed + thinly sliced

  • 4 radish, washed + thinly sliced

Blue Cheese Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • ½ cup buttermilk

  • 4 oz blue cheese crumbles

  • 1 lemon, zested + juiced

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 oz chopped chives

  1.  Place each iceberg wedge on a plate and arrange bacon, cucumber, and radish slices around and on top. 

  2. In a small mixing bowl,  combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, blue cheese, lemon, garlic powder, and chives. 

  3. Dress salad with dressing and serve. 

**These are just the basics.  Other items to add: avocado, tomato, crouton, hard-boiled egg, really anything.
